Comprehensive monitoring of all systems allows Tasco to identify any potential problems -- often before they become apparent to the client -- and address them (in many cases this can be done remotely). If a service call is required, Tasco's customer service team is able to contact the client and arrange for any needed service call at the client's convenience. If problems arise that are due to client error, Tasco personnel take the time to walk each client through the system's operations, creating a far higher level of understanding and comfort than merely leaving a stack of user manuals behind.
